Arctic Cat needed to replace an aging and unsupported PBX telephone system. High Point Networks had previously upgraded our network switches with new POE switches. We elected to implement a VoIP system at our five locations in Minnesota, Ohio and Canada. The project also included a complete rework of our customer response center software to consolidate multiple methods of contact into one easy to use and customer friendly contact system.
We selected High Point Networks to implement the ShoreTel VoIP system. This system offered many advantages over competing systems but the real selling point was the quality and professionalism of High Point Networks technical staff. Project Management was also very important to us to ensure that the coordination, implementation and training for a project of this size was carried out successfully and with minimal disruption to our employees, partners and customers.
