Mike did an awesome job with the installation.  His preconfiguration of the switches was perfect - he basically moved the cables and everything came on line.  He did a great job physically mounting the switches and moving all the messy cabling - it all looks so much better.  He gave me as much training as I needed today - now I need to do my own digging in to it to really understand the concepts and syntax.  Give him a big pat on the back - he did a great job and we would welcome having him come back for another project anytime.

The switch upgrade went very well and Scott did a very good job. Things actually went smoother than expected which is nice to see.  The network seems to be much faster now so I am very happy with the project.
